CoolGamePlace has found some of the best prices around for getting that new PC you have been wanting. If you were thinking about upgrading to Vista, I don't recommend it. Read more here. But getting a NEW PC with Vista does make sense. Of course, now they all come loaded with the Vista operating system and plenty of memory.

HP laptop It's easy to buy online now and have the whole PC shipped right to your door, already configured and waiting for you to hook it up. Really, I have proof. Just last week I ordered one of the special HP laptops on sale. Here's what happened.

I helped my friend select and order his new HP laptop on Thursday. We were both amazed it arrived on Friday, but we had ordered the pre-configured special of the week. When I helped setup his new DSL this week, I saw the new laptop and it is a BEAUTY. It is so sleek and shiny and lightweight. It's less than an inch thick and came with some cool features. There is a built in camera and microphone at your forehead. It's just waiting to show the world what you look like at 5am. How fun is that! It had this little plugin card that turns it into a TV and functions as the remote control. Cool!

It IS Time to Upgrade!

I'm so amazed at what a few hundred will get you in a home computer nowadays. This would have cost thousands more only a few years ago.

I don't know about you, but I've never been satisfied with the people in the local electronics stores to help decide what I should buy. I end up telling THEM about how this and that works. They ONLY know their own models and will have some cheaper models they just want to "unload" to slim up their inventory. Don't be fooled. They use more sales pitches than you will ever see online. It all depends upon who you trust, don't you think?

I trust HP. You know they weren't always as good as they are now. Compaq, Dell, Sony and the rest actually did have better PC's. That is no longer true. First, they swallowed up Digital Equipment Corp (DEC), and I did NOT expect that one coming. Then they merged with Compaq. Now it's been a few years and they've had time to take all that technology and work on the best of the best to offer the new HP line of home computers. Of course, they HAVE always had the best printers, bar none.

So if you are wondering if it is safe to order your PC and electronics online, let me tell you. YES!

Yes, it is now safer and better than ever to get the latest technology configured for you, online at the HP store with their safe and secure ordering screens. The HP offerings are now the best of the best in PC's today.

Unless you want a Mac, of course.

When you arrive at the HP online store, don't hesitate to "look around". They have other models on sale too. And there are lots of deals to get a free printer and the Snapfish photo printing service. Check it out.
